long time since I last post

Been several months since I last post. Been a busy summer everyone has been working/ going to school. Karen started Tolleson as a Senior this year. She has early release and is still working at Caraba's. I finally let her get her drivers license. Rachel has been busy going to ASU and still works at QT. She just moved back home yesterday to save some money while she finishes the last two years of school. Kyle has not heard back from Glendale PD but him and his girlfriend Mindi along with her son Jaison have decided to move to Lakewood Colorado. They leave November 9th. Lakewood is just outside Denver. They will be about 20 minutes from my brother Paul. Mindi's sister lives there and they will move into an apartment above her sister's. Mindi already has a job lined out and Kyle has put some apps in for Denver PD. We will miss them especially Autumn. Her and Jaison can fight like cats and dogs but love to play with each other. Maybe the rest of us should look for jobs in Colorado too. Autumn still is busy at dance. She loves it still. She has Tap, Ballet and tumbling so three classes a week keeps us busy. She will have a Holiday Recital in December. She also started Preschool, although she only goes once a week. She loves it and I would increase the days but they only have Tue - Thurs, and since it is a community base then I can't leave campus. So I sit and do crosswords for an hour and half. It's relaxing however I would also like to have that time to get cleaning done at home. Kyle and Jack have a hunt before Kyle leaves for Colorado.

Jaison was having a Parade of Countries at his school and they found this great Lederhosen at the thrift shop

Autumn was Princess Belle for school and kids club, so  since she was princess two times she decided to be a cat for Halloween night.
One of the most exciting part to being a season ticket holder, upgraded seats! Glad Jarrett and Grandma Marili could go too.

updates

We have been busy with work, school and dance. Kyle had a interview for Glendale Police. Don't know if I posted how his Phoenix Reserve lie detector test went, but apparently he lied about everything including his name. So he is trying Glendale. He has been doing some yard work and his back yard looks quite nice. He has a huge tomato plant with nice looking tomatoes. The little seeds Autumn placed in his flower bed grew into some broccoli and cabbage, we already harvested and ate.He must have some good soil over there.
Rachel just got her AA from Phoenix College and would of received straight A's but an unfortunate accident happened while she was taking her online final, but things turned out OK and I think because of the circumstances she will take the B over a much worst case scenario. Jonnie, her boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident and the hospital called while she was taking the final. The hospital could not contact his parents and she rushed out the door to the hospital. She stayed the night with him and had forgotten about the timed two hour final until the next day. She was not able to retake it but we are just glad that Jonnie's accident wasn't too bad. He had a helmet and vest on. He ended up with a concussion and broken collar bone plus scrapes and bruises. The unfortunate thing is he waits tables for a living so will be out of work for a few weeks. But looking at the helmet thank goodness he had it on! His gloves and vest also saved several injuries or worst injuries. He is still sore but is healing.
Autumn has been busy doing dance, she likes it and of course we think she is the most beautiful ballerina there is. Karen is about to finish her Junior year in high school and looking for a job. Jack and I got season tickets to the Diamond Backs again this year. Autumn has been on the Jumbo Tron twice already not including the time the camera man with his camera in our faces while we chowed down on some Cold Stone Creamery! We have done some gardening too. We were able to grow one Chinese Cucumber. We have some tomato plants and some hot bell peppers. The zucchini plants are big and full of blossoms but yet only one zucchini has grown.I was hoping for many zucchini! But the heat has hit and all the plants require two waterings a day. We hope to get to Snowflake soon and enjoy some cool maybe without wind!

Autumn's spring recital

Autumn's dance class did a recital. At first she was refusing to dance and I thought I took the day off work to see other girls dance but then she decided to. You can see the proud look on her face when she was done. Then we always go out for icecream after her recitals.

Autumn's 4 year portraits. I can't make them any bigger.

Tucson Zoo

We went to Tucson on MLK to visit my grandma and then stopped by the zoo. Autumn is getting like Rachel and Karen wanting to do photo shoots. She had to climb the ant eater hill to take a picture. She also wanted to know if ant eaters eat humans.

                                                            Happy to eat Dippin Dots!

Karen 17

Rachel and Courtney had a surprise party for Karen's 17 Birthday. (They were headed to the store for supplies when Rachel's accident happened). Karen was surprised and Rachel and Courtney did a good job of the party. They had many little food items and made over 100 cupcakes. Fun was had by all!
Happy Birthday little Karen!

Unfortunate accident

December 24 Rachel decided to go buy a new car since she has to travel to different Quik Trips around the valley. She purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra. Thirty six days later Rachel, Karen and Courtney were headed to the store when they were rear ended by a Volkswagen bug who did not see them stopped at the light. Nobody was hurt but the other car backed up, drove around them and took off. Rachel then followed the car and it pulled into a parking lot and the driver got out, the girls were already on the phone to 911 and were telling them what was going on. The other girl looked at the front of her car , gave a thumbs up to Rachel and then hopped back into her car and drove off. Rachel was able to get her plate number and the Police sent a car to her house to try and locate the other driver. A couple of hours later the Police called Rachel and said the girl had turned herself in to the Police station. She was a 15 year old girl and she told the Police that she took off because she was afraid because Rachel and Karen were yelling and cussing at her. She had 3 male passengers with her. Rachel screamed at her after she took off and she was yelling at her to come back. Needless to say Rachel is pressing charges and after a little bit of a run around her insurance finally gave her a rental and sent an adjuster out.(Only took a week). They won't total the car, it was $7000 worth of damage, new trunk, bumper, quarter panels, tail lights and the floor of the trunk. So Rachel now has a New car with a record, she isn't too happy. Hasn't even made the first payment!
