We had a visit from Mindi and Jaison. It was good to see them. Jaison was so excited to play with Autumn and they had a blast. They played with Autumn's box robot she made and chased the chickens at Jack's work. They got to gather the eggs and have scrambled eggs for dinner. We will miss them. We will have to go to Colorado next time. Kyle finally got a job!
Autumn's last day of PreK, she wasn't sure what to make of the graduation. O well she got a cupcake for doing it. LOL

Busy month of May
It's been a busy month of May. I made 14 tutu's from my grandmothers petticoats. I remember as a kid going to the Square Dance Club to watch my grandparents dance. One of the fun things to do was look under the ladies dresses to see if their petticoats matched the dress. It was so fun to see all the frilly laces and all the colors they came in, and when they twirled how the dress bounced and swished about. I thought it would be fun to make all the Great Granddaughters tutu's. It took 4 petticoats but I was able to make the 14. For the older girls I used the lace to make rosette hair ties. I also used the bottom lace to trim a baby quilt for my cousins sweet baby girl. Here are a few pictures of the tutu's. I also made a friend a car seat canopy and she said she has had several compliments and inquiries to where she got it :}

March
Updates- Kyle still has not found a job, although he has 3 interviews coming up. He has done 3 interviews with various Police Departments and passed a polygraph for women's corrections.
Rachel is on her last few weeks of Junior at ASU. She is still at QT.
Karen will graduate High School in May! She is still at Carrabbas.
Jack and I are still at our jobs. I did get to go to our company Benefit dinner where Elizabeth Smart was the keynote speaker. Great experience.
Autumn is still dancing and tumbling. She has a recital coming up where she will be Bambi. Fun!
Here is a couple of projects I did this month.
Jaison painted Autumn this picture, so I made him a stuffed toy out of his design.
We found some of my grandmas old square dance petticoats so I used some of one to make a DBACK dress for Autumn to wear to the home opener.
