Hurricane Autumn

Autumn has hit the kitchen! She loves to play under the table. She takes the chair pads off and lays on them. So luckily they were still on the floor when she tipped over the bench and landed on them with the bench on top of her.She wasn't hurt just scared, but it didn't stop her from playing in the bench and stuffing the chair pad in it too.

When she was done there she pulled out the bottom drawer of dish towels and threw them all to the floor then pulled the drawer all the way out and pushed it across the kitchen floor so she could get inside. This was what kept her busy while I made some cookies.

p.s. Yes my floor needs mopped and the clean dish towels are on the floor, so you have been warned when you come to our house.

First steps.

What else would Autumn do on her 9 month day, take her first steps! She did take two steps a week ago, but she took more here. I know the video is dark and hard to see, at least she was just in a diaper so you can see the white of that. She does stand alone without realizing it. She needs to slow down!

9 Months old already!

Autumn is nine months old. She is a stinker, but so happy! She says"Ha" for hot. I was cooking dinner and she was standing next to me and I heard her saying "ha ha" and looked down. I forgot the oven was on and she was putting her mouth against the front and saying "ha ha"(hot), she kept doing it over and over. Luckily it wasn't too hot. I tried to video her, but she saw my reflection in the oven and stopped putting her mouth to it and started waving to me instead! She dances to every song she hears, so of course she gets allot of attention when we are in the store and she is dancing in the cart. When she gets mad she bangs her head on things, like today she was banging her head on my leg, not hurting me, but herself. She is just too much fun!

We bought some seats on Ebay for the Dbacks game Tuesday. They were $35 tickets we got for $9 each. Nice seats! During one of the innings they have you text a picture to show on the Jumbo Tron and we have been sending in one every game we have been to(the picture down below, it's our favorite) even games when Autumn wasn't with us and finally they put Autumn up last night. The pic up above. We forgot her hat last night, but she looked cute up there in enormous size. She now has her four front teeth coming through, only one has broke through, but the other three are on the surface. She also took two steps the other day and is always letting go and standing there until she realizes it and goes to her knees. She will be 9mo on the 17th of this month. Too fast!

First day of school 2009.

Rachel is a Junior this year. She has a new color of hair.

Karen is in 8th grade. The big man on campus! In the dreaded uniforms.

A trip to the park

We took Autumn to the park and she got to crawl in the water spouts. She had fun!

Kyle is in Iowa

Kyle made it to Des Moines and has moved into his apartment. They have no furniture at this point, but he has a roof over his head. Here are some Pictures of the outside of his new pad. He is on the second floor. These are brochure photos, so I will post some more when Kyle sends me some.
